There’s a lot of talk about autonomous cars and there is also talk about Volvo and Uber. Volvo who recently signed a partnership with ride sharing giant Uber, will be looking at developing self-driving cars and related technologies. But that’s for 2020 or 2021 onwards where electric and autonomous cars are expected to make an appearance in the common man’s garage. For now Auto Evolution reports, Volvo has something else up its sleeves and it is to do with some of its cars talking to one another.

Volvo says that all of its 90 series vehicles that includes the XC90, S90, and V90, will soon be able to communicate with one another. The same will take place using the cloud, so the vehicles would not necessarily have to be in close range to be able to achieve the same.
